Nam June Paik, "The future is now."
To start with will be looking over a few examples of one of the leading pioneers of video art, Nam June Paik. Korean born artist who later spent most of his working time in the USA and Germany. His work focused on the mass attraction and power of television and the convergence between old world thinking and traditions and recent developments in technology. He created the term 'super highway' in relation to information and media messages.
